Sorbet Wedding Colors With A Pink Monique Lhuillier Gown
The thought of an adult woman throwing a tantrum over the season changing may seem childish to some… but when you fall into the arms of the sorbet wedding colors at the helm of this summer wedding gallery from Alyssa Jarae Photography, you couldn’t possibly blame me. The pink Monique Lhuillier gown alone is enough to cause a riot demanding summer all year long. Perpetual bliss. That’s what designer Hawthorne & Poppy promises to any soul lucky enough to witness this vivid parade of lime, lemon, orange and grapefruit. The fresh petals from Blumen Floral burst forth with zesty purpose, and we can’t help but stand up and applaud this sorbet garden soiree whenever we make its acquaintance. From the Photographer, Alyssa Jarae Photography: Inspired by the morning light in early summer over golden green trees and grass and garden florals. Hawthorne & Poppy wanted to incorporate all types of texture, contemporary elements, and amazing fashion gowns from Monique Lhuillier as well. Blumen Floral, created ethereal arrangements inspired by the bridal gown and the delicate nature of butterfly wings.
Owl and Envelope, the paper designer, brought in handmade paper invitations in earth-tone colors, a handmade paper liner with pressed greenery, and a dinner menu featuring a wooden slab holding a handmade paper menu with a velvet paper name card.
For the cake, we wanted it to be unique and textural, brimming with romance, and Morgan Pearl Cakes created the perfect masterpiece. We were able to use Petal, Monique Lhuillier’s amazing pink dress with a detachable skirt for an amazing addition as the second dress.
From the cloud-dipped utensils to the medley of hellebore, sweet pea and roses on the table, this pretty ode to summer with no shortage of sorbet wedding colors seems a fitting end to everyone’s favorite season.
