CEDAR CANYON LODGE & STABLES CAFE & CANTINA
Are  located in Northwest Oklahoma at the entrance to Alabaster Caverns State Park on State Highway 50 - a 15 minute drive North from Mooreland, Oklahoma.  We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year. 

Cedar Canyon Lodge & Stables Cafe & Cantina's  7000 square foot log lodge has 6 spacious guest rooms - 5 with two queen beds and  1 with a King bed.  Rollaways are available to accomodate extra guests in each room.  The lodge features pine log exterior, hand hewn beams which support the cathedral ceilings with interior rooms being of pine and cedar.  Cedar Canyon Lodge rooms are decorated with western furnishings and artwork.  Each room contains a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and iron to accomodate guests.  Covered porches on the North and South side of the lodge building provide comfortable areas where guests can observe abundant wildlife, a variety of birds, canyons and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.  The rooms are all designated Non-Smoking, however, ash trays are located on the porches to accomodate smokers.  Cedar Canyon Lodge & Stables Cafe & Cantina  offers first class accomodations and caters to business travelers, hunters, families, cowboys, cowgirls, and others.  No Pets are allowed in the Rooms!

A large rodeo arena is located on the West side of the 40 acres and a bandstand is located on the property to provide occasional music events for our customers.  The newly constructed "Stables Cafe & Cantina" provides a full menu of food choices for the patrons and is open 7 days a week.  Breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday only and lunch and dinner are served Monday through Sunday at the Cafe.  Cold drinks are available and we serve ice cold beer in frosted mugs.  Outdoor patios are available for those wanting to enjoy their meals and drinks in the beautiful western countryside.  A horseshoe pit is available for those who are in the mood for a little competition.

CEDAR CANYON LODGE & STABLES CAFE & CANTINA are  situated in Northwest Oklahoma bewteen the towns of Woodward and Alva.  We are within minutues of the Kansas Border (not in the panhandle).  A two hour drive from Oklahoma City, 3 hours from Tulsa, 3 hours from Wichita, Kansas and 3 hours from Amarillo - our location make us an easy to get to destination for those desiring a change from City life within a short distance and time frame from home.  There are 5 small airports within a 30 minute drive from Cedar Canyon Lodge and Stables Cafe & Cantina - making us a good destination for private pilots to stop by for lunch.

Freedom, Oklahoma is a nearby "western cowtown" located along the banks of the Cimarron River.  The town storefronts are turn of the century wooden western exteriors which transport you back to the 1800's cowtowns familiar in those days along the Cimarron Trail.

Northwestern Oklahoma is well known for it's outstanding hunting and fishing.  Our lodge welcomes hunters and fishermen from around the country.  Deer, wild turkey, dove, quail, waterfowl and other wildlife roam our 40 acres.  You can obtain additional hunting/fishing information from the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.
